The window
What each area is for.
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Toolbar (top) | In the order a design is made: family, templates, the design's name, dataset, machine, parameters, hyperparameters, Neurax AI, Run Analysis. |
| Block palette (left) | Every block available for the chosen family. Drag one onto the canvas. |
| Canvas (centre) | The architecture. Move blocks, connect them, zoom and pan. |
| Inspector (bottom) | The selected block's parameters, and what it contributes. |
| Analysis panel (right) | Results, in three tabs: Architecture, Performance, Hardware. |
| Workspace tabs | Five views of the same design, and of the run it produces; on their right, undo and redo, new, open, projects, Import, Save, Export and Clear. |
The ? button beside your profile, at the top left, opens this guide (or press F1); the palette icon at the top right opens the five studio palettes.
Studio themes#
| Theme | Visual language | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pangolin | Carbon surface with NEURAX lime accents. | The default dark studio and long sessions. |
| Cortex | Paper surface with graphite text and lime actions. | Bright workspaces and daytime analysis. |
| Synapse | Deep indigo with violet interaction and teal status colours. | Focused analysis on a dark canvas. |
| Vector | Cool daylight canvas with blue and cyan actions. | High-clarity architecture planning. |
| Strata | Warm mineral surfaces with copper actions and cool data colours. | Long daytime sessions with low visual glare. |
Choose a palette from the theme menu. NEURAX remembers the choice on this machine, and every panel, metric, chart, dialog and canvas follows the same semantic colours. The Agent can also change it with set_theme using pangolin, cortex, synapse, vector or strata.
