The rules
Follow the law where you are
Don’t use NEURAX to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or violate a data-protection obligation you owe to someone else, for instance, profiling a dataset you don’t have the right to profile.
Respect that it’s proprietary software
Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent the desktop application beyond what the law where you live specifically allows, and don’t resell, sublicense or redistribute it (or what its compiler produces) as though it were your own product.
Don’t attack the infrastructure
Don’t attempt to overload, scan for vulnerabilities in, or otherwise disrupt neuraxs.dev, its sign-in system, or the servers that host its releases.
Bring your own key honestly
Neurax AI runs on a key you provide to a provider you choose. Using that connection to violate the terms you agreed to with that provider is between you and them, but it’s also not something we’ll help with if it’s reported to us.
Represent it honestly
We hold this product to a rule of never claiming a capability it doesn’t have or a number it can’t back up. If you write or speak about NEURAX publicly, please hold it to the same standard.
What happens if this policy is broken
We can suspend or end sign-in access, or a paid plan, for a clear violation of this policy. The desktop application itself doesn’t check in with us while it runs, so this mainly affects an account or a plan, not a copy of the application already on your machine, which keeps working the way the Terms of Service describe.
Reporting a problem
If you think this policy is being broken (by someone else, or by something NEURAX itself is doing), tell us at contact@neuraxs.dev.
