Privacy Policy

This covers neuraxs.dev, this website. The desktop application (what it does with your models, your data and your AI provider key) is covered on the Security page instead.

What this website doesn’t do

It doesn’t run analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels of any kind. Its fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from Google Fonts or another third party, so visiting it doesn’t send your visit to anyone but us and whoever hosts the page for us. If that ever changes, this paragraph will change with it, not just the rest of the page.

Your theme and language choices

Whether you’re reading this in light or dark, and in which language, is stored only in your own browser’s local storage. It’s never sent to us, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Signing in

If you use Sign in, we use Supabase to authenticate you. Depending on how you sign in, that means your email address, or the identity your Google or GitHub account gives us, is used to create your session. A session token is then kept in your browser so you stay signed in.

If you sign in with an email and a password, the password travels over an encrypted connection to Supabase, which stores only a salted hash of it: we never see or store it in plain text. Google and GitHub handle their own credentials, and you can also choose a one-time email link and skip the password entirely.

Requesting a demo, or contacting us

The “Request a demo” form on this site does not open your email application. It sends what you type to us over an encrypted connection. The path is: your browser, then a Supabase Edge Function (a small server-side function we run on Supabase), then Resend (the email delivery service we use), then our inbox at contact@neuraxs.dev.

These are exactly the fields collected: your name and work email (both required) and, if you fill them in, your company, your role, your team size, the plan you are interested in, which topics you would like to see, and a free-text message about what you train and where it runs. We use them for one purpose: to answer you and arrange the demo.

The form writes nothing to a database on our side. The message exists as an email in our inbox and in Resend’s delivery records. To stop abuse, the function counts requests per caller using a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and that counter is cleared a day after its last use.

Supabase (runs the function), Resend (delivers the email) and Cloudflare (hosts this site) process the request on our behalf. We keep a request for as long as it takes to deal with it and any conversation that follows, and delete it when you ask. To see, correct or delete what you sent, write to contact@neuraxs.dev.

The feedback form

The feedback form sends what you type to us over an encrypted connection: from your browser to a Supabase Edge Function, then it is saved in a private table in our Supabase database, and a copy is emailed through Resend (our email delivery service) to our inbox at contact@neuraxs.dev.

The fields are: what kind of message it is (suggestion, review, problem or other), your message, an optional star rating, and an optional name and email. Only our team reads it, and we do not publish it. We use an email only to answer you, if you left one.

The saved message is readable only by our team, never by the public. As with the demo form, the function counts requests per caller using a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself, cleared a day after its last use. We keep a message as long as it is useful to us, and delete it when you ask: contact@neuraxs.dev. If you delete your account from the account page, feedback you sent with that account’s email is deleted too.

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, delivering you a page means Cloudflare’s infrastructure necessarily processes standard request information (your IP address and the page you asked for) to send it back to you. We don’t separately collect or analyse that ourselves.

The desktop application

Governed by Security, not this page. Nothing about a model you design, a dataset you profile, or the key you give your AI provider touches this website at all.

Children

NEURAX isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under the age at which their local law requires a parent’s consent.

Your choices

You can use the desktop application without an account at all, on any plan: choose “Use offline” when it opens and skip signing in entirely. Clearing your browser’s local storage removes your stored theme and language preferences and, if you’ve signed in, ends your session. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, see Data Use or contact us directly.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever this changes, and describe what changed rather than only the new state.
