What this covers
These terms cover three things: the website at neuraxs.dev, the NEURAX desktop application you can download from it, and the Community, Developer, Pro and Enterprise plans. Using any of them means you agree to these terms.
Our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Security pages are part of these terms too; this page doesn’t repeat what they already say.
Using the desktop application
NEURAX (the application) is free to download and runs on the machine you install it on. It’s proprietary software: downloading it gives you a licence to run it, not a copy of its source or a right to redistribute, resell, or build a competing product from it.
What you build with it is yours. A design NEURAX analyses, a dataset it profiles, and a model it trains stay on your machine as ordinary files: see Security for exactly what that means.
Accounts
Signing in (with Google, GitHub or email) is available on every plan, including Community, and is how the application knows which plan you’re on. It’s never required to compile a design: choose “Use offline” when the application opens and nothing about that session leaves your machine. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Paid plans
The Developer, Pro and Enterprise plans are arranged by contacting us directly; there is no automated checkout on this site today. The price, billing period and payment method for your plan are agreed when you take it up, and we’ll set out the specifics (including how to cancel) in writing at that point, not only in general terms here.
Bringing your own AI provider
Neurax AI, the assistant inside the application, runs on a key you provide to a model provider you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Fireworks, DeepSeek, GLM, or an endpoint of your own. That relationship, and what that provider does with your requests, is governed by its own terms, not ours.
No warranty
NEURAX is provided as it is. To the extent the law where you live allows it, we don’t promise it’s free of errors, that a prediction it gives you will match reality exactly, or that it’s fit for a particular purpose of yours. We do our best to make every figure it reports accurate and to say plainly when something is estimated rather than known: see how we check that.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use NEURAX. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes, for instance, once paid plans have a real, automated checkout, this page will describe that directly rather than the arrangement above. We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
Governing law
We haven’t named a specific governing jurisdiction here yet. If a dispute needs one before we have, contact us at contact@neuraxs.dev and we’ll work it out directly rather than leave it to a clause we haven’t actually set.
